Hadn't used my Osmo in a while and took it out to record some family events. After recording... all of the video is upside down. I searched the forums and found this to be an issue. So - I did the firmware update...and - no change.

I know there are plenty of work arounds and external apps to rotate video...please tell me this is NOT the DJI recomended solution. There has to be a way to get this thing to record video the right way... right?

Hi, sorry to hear that. May I know what is your current firmware version, mobile device and DJI Go app version? Did you encounter an error message?

I just updated the firmware to whatever the latest version is for the OSMO. I have an iphone 6s. No error message appeared. It just show in the DJI app upside down.I don'e know where to find the app version I am running..

Ironically - the video on June 23 is correct. The two test video I just did are not.
