My Mavic Air has been saying that my current SD Card, which is a SanDisk Ultra 64 gb, that the card is too slow for 4k and JPEG. Also later on, when I check my footage and pictures that i took, it is not in the quality that I originally chose. Is there anything i have to change? Maybe the SD card?

Well unfortunately the Sandisk Ultra is not fast enough for 4k recording. Get yourself a Sandisk Extreme (or any other U3 class card) and you'll be fine.

Most definitely is the problem.  If the MA detects a slower SD card you will get the message you see.  Although it may work for stills and slower(1080p) video most likely will lead to choppy video in 4k.
