So, I bought two new batteries and I couldnt use them cuz the app complained about the firmware.  I get back to my house and downloaded the assistant software and I can't get it synced with the spark.  Windows 10.  It installs fine and I accepted all the prompts to install the drivers, etc, but when I open the assistant 2, it wont recognize the spark.

So my fall back plan is to connect to the spark via wifi and update the battery firmware I guess.   I'm an RC /OTG cable user...so I forget how do I find the sparks wifi network and connect to it again? It doesnt show up when I turn it on.  So I forget how to do all this.

Any other advice?  This is so annoying..I've been screwing with this for 30min now.

Sorry for this inconvenience. You may try watching this video tutorial. Maybe you might miss one of the steps. Let me know if this resolves the issue.
