Never connected. Always returns a Connection Broken Error. Please advice

Have you tried uninstalling the app and removing the OM2 from the Bluetooth list and then reinstalling the app and see if works

Version 3.1.38 (2922)

Have tried uninstall , reinstall, as well as installing on a different iPhone X
Does not work, same disconnect error

Do you have other mobile devices that you use on your Osmo mobile 2 prior to this iPhone X?
