Hi All,

Did DJI change something in *.dng file format after last update? The RAWs are not recognised any longer on my Mac with latest Yosemite version (10.3). My old DNG files are visible without an issue, however new ones taken recently not (format not supported).

I had the same problem but if you put this photos in the DJI DNG CLEANER  you should be fine after..

Many thanks for advice. I will use as temporary workaround. I hope DJI will address this issue on next update.

I have tried using the DNG Cleaner but although it creates the new folder, it doesn't create any 'cleaned' DNG images.

I have also asked at my local Apple store and they were totally miffed at why i was unable to read the DJI Inspires DNG's. They did say however that OS X Yosemite also had an update around the same sort of time as the last DJI App/FW update so couldn't rule out either side screwing it up.

I'm having to open all my pics in Lightroom / photoshop to preview

Did you update to the last version of the Dji DNG cleaner? I am always using the older version and it works...

Can you please confirm what version you are using that still works? I have DNG Cleaner V1.1 and it definitely doesn't convert anything for me :-(

Can anyone provide the link to the DJI DNG cleaner. I have the same issues and all my firmware is up to date MAC Pro and Inspire1

Hello Rob,

It's the first version (v1.0.0).

I'm also working with Yosemite (all updated) and it works. Once I finished the "cleaning process", I can import the pictures from the output folder to the new Photo App...

You will find the App in the download section of the inspire at the bottom

I have just tried V1.0 and it still has not fixed my problem... it creates the Output file but does not place anything into it.

The DNG files are unreadable by my Apple OS X software and are only viewable if opened in Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom.

Anyone from DJI able to provide an answer?

I have been trying v1.1 and no luck - I get a output folder but no file in it!  I have some great shots.... I wonder if I can just transfer them to my iPad via the app...

Just updated my older iPad with new iOS update , all my inspire videos on this iPad will no longer play,
Hit the video play icon and you'll get an iOS message video format not supported. Nice ...
Now I'm not sure if my new iPad mini used for pilot app flight and more video storage will do the same disabling my inspire videos there too after iOS update....
