Same Connection issue with RC to Spark

Dear Guys,

Just newly bought this dji spark but im  unable to connect the rc to spark via pairing.
Followed all possible all advices found in the internet below:
But all not successful.  Is this rc issue.
I can connect phone to rc and phone to spark via wifi.  No issues with that.
Im losing patience.  Maybe should return this to our local amazon.

When pressing the power button on the spark, is the beep sound really less audible??
Whether its 1 beep or 2 or 3 beeps, the beep sound is less.  
Need to put my ear nearer so i can hear it properly.
I tried other battery but same.
Please help.

Option 2

First thing you do is turn on the spark then the Remote.
Push the spark battery button once then hold down for 3 seconds until you hear a beep.
Then click ok the Pause button, Function button, and the right back trigger at the same time until it beeps.
It should link. This is the RC manual, I recommend looking at that.
The DJI Go 4 app will help u link as well.



Option 3:

turn on drone

hold power button, until you here 1 beep, continue holding and hear 2 beeps, continue holding and you hear 3 (!!!) beeps.

turn drone off, and on again

try to pair RC as regular Worked for me.
This manual was provided by DJI representative at official store. He said - there are some issues with new firmware update
and they could be fixed this way, which is not documented unfortunately.


Option 4:

Hi I think there is one more thing you can try to do with your Spark and RC I didn't try it, but person who told me, says it works.

turn on spark, press button for approx. 6 sec (you need to hear 2 beeps) unpress button and turn spark off

turn on spark second time and press button for approx. 9 sec (you need to hear 3 beeps) and trun spark off

turn on spark third time and press button for approx. 2 sec (you need to hear 1 beep) and try to connect RC.
You need connect your RC to the Spark when red led on the RC stops blinking and start light solid red.

Hello there. We apologize if you're having some issues with your Spark. Have you already activated the Spark? Did you try to reinstall the app? Can you describe to me what color is showing in the LED indicator of the aircraft and remote? Or can you send a sample video showing the problem?

Yes connect the Spark to your PC with DJI assist and Activate it. It will do nothing until it is activated.

1 Beep is forconnecting remote

2 beeps is for connect only phone and use virtual joysticks

3 beeps is to reset wifi

I would press it for 9 seconds until I hear 3 beep, then restart the spark and press it for 3 seconds until i hear 1 beep to connect remote.

The connect the remote with the key combination until you have the green light.

I am sure the procedure is the Fault. Try it out.

6 seconds is 2 beeps - Connect the Phone as use Virtual Joysticks
9 seconds is 3 beeps - Reset Wifi

Hi Jose,

Did you buy the Spark from a Shop in Dubai ?

Why don't you go back with it and tell him that the Remote is not connecting, if you bought it only you can contact DJI Support and they will replace it for you.

This is a New Spark we are talking about, so best is to have a Replacement if there are Technical Issues. You seem you have tried most options and its still giving faults.

i followed exactly what was described in the dji video  link below:

Flashing yellow led  with red led blinking with RC3  buttons pressed but no success at all.
Tried resetting both controller and drone  also many times.
Still failed.
Guess i need to warranty return and replace with  our local amazon distributor Souq.com here in Uae.
Only 2 days old since it arrived new.

Yes, i will run after our local amazon here in dubai.
I will really regret as is bought this to bring  for our family vacation
in next 5 days.

Can you at least use the Phone for this Family Event ?

At least you can still capture the Moment.

Then File a Complaint after your event.

I was thinking about that but also i am thinking about the seller.
Already filed a ticket and will wait for a soonest  favorable reply.

If the Event is close, don't contact the Seller for these 5 Days, and use the Spark for this Precious Moment.

If you already exhausted the troubleshooting, it would be better if we will contact the re-seller and process a replacement.
