I am having a problem getting current the version of DJI Assistant 2 to recognize my RC for my Mavic Air. I read in another thread that people have had success installing an old version and then updating to current version. Can somone tell me where I might find older versions of DJI Assistant 2? Thanks for the help.

Yes I have tried both suggestions. There is mention in another post that there is a special driver that has worked for some people. I also have seen that installing previous versions of DJI Assistant 2 and then updating to the current version has worked.

No problem. You can try to use a different browser and click the link itself. Once you click the link, it will automatically start the download process.

I tried it as well.  That hyperlink doesn't look right.  Its a https message with three dots on part of the URL.

It is important to have the aircraft connected and switched on while installing the drivers!

I don't need this link as I'm running 1.1.6 and will stay there.
Was just pointing out that the links don't work.
Had this driver problem when first running Assistant but everything have worked
last year as suspected.

You are welcome. The driver link that I have posted came from DJI Thor a few months ago. Maybe there is a newer version available now that I don't know yet.

Please escalate this matter with DJI Corporate, being current version of Assistant-2, and preceding version of Assistant-2 will not access either FlightLogs or Blackbox data on Mavic Pro P.

When I had that problem I uninstalled Assistant-2 from the computer installed version 107 exe.
Then I updated to the new version over top of that and I was able to reconnect to the RC.

DJI Diana. Thank you so much, it worked. I am very happy now :-)

I have to say though that I am disappointed with online & phone support from DJI. First I called support and the person that I spoke to confirmed that the software was current for the RC. She then tried to tell me everything was ok and there was no update. When I tried to tell her that the RC still did not connect to the PC, she told me to take a video of the controller attempting to connect to Assistant 2 and send it in to online support. She said I should hear back in a few weeks? I just bought my MA and haven't even flown it yet. I then went to online support and got basically the same response. It wasn't until I showed the person several threads in the forum indicating that there were numerous people with the same issue that he took my information and set up a case. This is very disappointing support for a $1000 dollar purchase.

I don't understand why the 2 levels of support that I contacted could not have given me the fix like you did. I really hope this is not what is in store for me in the future.

Unfortunately no longer have it, and seems even 'official' support on here are giving out dead links...

GUYS.. SOLUTiON - I HAVE IT
go get the dji flight simulator (trial version).
install it. you may not need to actually run it after it installs - in my case it downloaded 1.5gigs and failed to unpack a few times.
in your C:\Program Files (x86)\DJI Flight Simulator directory, you'll have a "dji_usb_5512_64_108.exe"
run THAT and you get the remote controller driver working.

Thanks so much! Been trying to find the old DJI assistant that everyone keeps mentioning, but downloading the simulator and running the USB executable did the trick and is much simpler.
