For sure never leave home without.  Even if you do not think you will not need you just never know.

And Cuba......or they allow you to leave the drone behind when you go home.

I just took my first trip with my MA.  While I agree and it’s going to be a part of my travels going forward DJI should do something about the chargers.
I have a CS and having to pack multiple items to charge the batteries is a pain.  Might look into the after market one I think I read about, but realize it’s not a “sanctioned” item.
