I've got a problem which is hiding in 3 different quad's:
1. F450 - Sunnysky:
Sunnysky 2212 980kV
RcTimer 30A
11x5 Graupner
Naza V2, KK2.0 : same problem
3s 2200-4500
2. F450 E300
E300 Set
Naza V2
3s 2200-5800
3. Ironman 650
Sunnysky 3508 580kV
Afro Slim 20A (BL Heli, SimonK: same problem)
13x5.5 CF Props
Naza V2, KK2.0: same problem
4s 5800mah
The problem is, that whenever I give som YAW, it gets unstable and tends to freak out...

I have tried 3 different radios (set to plane, no other settings), 2 different flight controles (2x Naza V2, KK2.0), played with the gains...
I do not really know what to do now.. Searching about 8 months to find the problem....
Gains might be too high or low, what are each gain set at? And what hz do the esc operate at? I'm thinking gains or your propulsion system isn't as fast as it needs to be.. Like it can't adapt to the changes the flight control needs it to as fast as it needs too.. Let's start with your naza gains because that is what I've got on my F450 and I run 4 cells only, 3 cells are for size 350 and smaller copters as far as I'm concerned
The e300 propulsion system runs like crap on a 3 cell just so you know... E300 needs 4 cell 35c continuous and 5000mah to fly right and the 9450 props fly better and smoother than the 9443's too just so you know..and any prop bigger than 9.5 inches will be an issue on a f450. They will run to close to each other if they are any larger
Also make sure each motor spins the direction naza needs it too. If you connect the ccw motors to where the cw ones are suppose to go and vice versa it will still fly but have some issues, so make sure you got the motors spinning correctly
