Filmed at the evening before midsummer at Phoenix West, a former steel area in Dortmund, Germany. Some buildings are wrecked, some are turned into monuments, some others are dying slowly. Something old is turning into new perspectives - or maybe not.
Why the hall and not the great steel monster from beginning? That's easy, it is private ground and you need a permission. And I would be a little bit afraid flying a WiFi drone between all the steel rips. That is also the reason why I filmed only outside the ruin, there would be no chance to rescue the bird if the connection had been lost. But with another drone... I have some ideas for nice sequences.

Nice movie! Great place to fly on abandoned things. Germany is full of them!
I did a chemical plant, an abandoned amusement park and Hitlers old hospital. And oh - the NSA facility on Devils mountain + a lots of other places
Enjoyed your video.
Impressive effect at frame 0:08.
Nice choice of music. Thanks for sharing and am looking forward to seeing your next idea for a nice sequence.

Thank you. Yes, it is full of restrictions here, although I have a commercial license. Makes something a little bit easier, but it is definitely awful enough.

Thank you. The effect was done in post with After Effects and the Rotoscoping Tool. It is a "moving mask" on the duplicated clip.
Hope I can discover some places at the weekend, but now work is calling.
