Problem returning a battery for warranty replacement

Ive been trying to return a battery to DJI for warranty replacement. Filed an online claim. Got a return label 2 days later. Sent the battery back to DJI. Got it back from UPS the next day saying it was "overgoods." Been contacting DJI to try to get a shipping label and no luck.

Today they told me this on chat:


"Lastweek for what possible reasons, possible they overlook it for there's a bunch of request lately coming from different sources and we do have minimal workforce for the Tech.team at the Centre."
