My issue was with my 7.85 CrystalSky Ultra monitor. After the second shut down within the six months that I had it the monitor would not turn on. I reached out to the DJI online service who inturn directed me to file a repair claim. A return label was e-mailed to me and the next day the monitor was sent for repair. Three days later I received notice that a Crystalsky monitor was shipped to my residence as a replacement and the repair service/replacement was covered under warranty. It wasn't stated but the monitor appears to be a brand new Crystalsky monitor. Everyone I taked to at DJI was very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with my issue and claim.
