Dji has no answer for this situation. Im living the EXACT same scenario. The drone they sent me also has compass issues. It also has gimbal issues. Dji wants me to send it back, abd pay for the repairs for the malfunctioning drone.
Im going to file a small claims lawsuit to recover the price of this drone. Ive spoken with a lawyer (multiple lawyers in my family) and they think its a fairly straight forward small claims suit.
Fyi: 20+ emails with dji to try and sort this out. Made a good faith effort to resolve with dji. Ive since disputed the repairs with my credit card company, was immediately refunded. Next ill recoup the price of the drone in court |
