To make this I got out of bed at 3:00 AM, drove for an hour and a half and arrived at Norsminde Marina about 4:45 AM, too late for the actual sunrise as I had hoped to reach in time. I had to drive an unforeseen detour because of road work… that’s what happens. Back home again at 9:10 AM, very sore in my back of the ride in my stupid old car.
Bird sounds (sparrows and seagulls) and the sound of tiny waves (almost no wind) was recorded on the shore. I think it's the best video I've been doing so far and hope you'll like it. Please enjoy.
Superb piece of work my friend - stunning captures. Especially like the way you caught the ripples behind the boats and the gulls flying. Very skilled and really well edited. The sound effects in the background do bring it together as Suren said too. Good work! The MP still has it. Thumbs up from me.

Thank you so much. I'm very glad you noticed the details mate. Thanks.
Well, I can't promise anything. I'm always trying to obey the rules, and it's so darn difficult no matter where you go. I actually may have past the limit here, but I'm not quite sure.
Absolutely fantastic, thank you very much for this exceptional video both in footage and editing! I have enjoyed every second of it and can assure you that the tremendous effort you have made for capturing it has well paid off. Honestly, you should get into contact with the Danish tourism agency. I am convinced that they will be very interested in all your excellent footage!

I wouldn't worry mate - at least it's not over the clouds or active tracking a moving car on a public road... Though I agree that finding places to fly is becoming increasingly difficult. I have a few very safe to fly locations relatively near to me but there are only so many times you can snap and record the same scenes before it gets boring. Finding some more locations is on my to do list before I end up packing the whole thing in for a while.

Thanks for your very kind words - highly appreciated.
It would be cool if they could use any of it, but I really think they have what they need. I have knowledge of a couple of semi-professional drone pilots with certificates and education, which are undoubtedly the kind they get their shots from. Everything else would also be unfair.
But the thought makes it tickle in my controller fingers, I have to admit.

That's exactly what I mean. There are plenty of places to fly, but it will get boring and uninteresting in the long run. Two things I would like to have changed in the Danish rules are; The distance to the railways (1) and all public roads (2) must be reduced to 50 meters, instead of the current 150 meters, and overflight must be allowed at a certain height. It may sound a bit strange, but it would actually give countless more options.

Specific definition of congested areas remains very grey here but we can fly over people, buildings that are not 'congested areas' as long as we are 165' above the them. For me, I just don't fly near urban areas like city centres etc and despite all of these rules around I have only ever been told to land once in nearly 2 years and that was actually on my very first flight with my P3P - I knew nothing then I flew the Phantom in front of the entrance of a stately home LOL they were very nice about it though and I landed straight away, rushed home and thats when I discovered the CAA website... we live and learn.
This a very nice video indeed. Great flying and editing. I almost though the seagull was going for your bird. Good thing it did not. Awesome video here.
yeah that is some glass calm water and makes the boat waves really cool. Very good job here my friend. Now I am going to have to go back to Tahoe on a clear day and hope for nice water like this.
Not much I can add to the comments here.
Suren kind of set it all with his reply.
Many I just say "Thanks for sharing and may you share many more videos with us"

Thank you very much SB, I really appreciate it.
Yeah, that seagull scared me as it came out of nowhere. The drone was only about 30-40 meters from me at that time, and I had my eyes pointed towards my screen.
