Care Refresh Not Arrived

Hey,

Ordered Phantom Adv. and Care Refresh from B&H over a week ago now. Received the drone, but still haven't received the Care Refresh activation code, that DJI was supposedly going to send me. B&H said, "[size=14.6667px]Per B&H's DJI representative you are covered under the Care Refresh as you purchased it along with your Phantom 4 Advanced Quadcopter."
But I don't trust that until I can actually see it on paper or receive the activation code to check.

I guess I'm only posting here to see if I can get this noticed by DJI as the emails i've sent to both DJI and B&H have so far proven not effective. I'm sorry if this isn't the right forum to post such topics/rants in.

Peter, just to verify, both the drone and DJI Care Refresh were purchased from the Dealer directly, right? If yes, I'm afraid that you may contact the dealer to get the activation code, then bind them here: https://store.dji.com/dji_care_infos/active
Generally, the drone and DJI Care Refresh will bind automatically when you purchased from DJI Online Store together, please kindly note and understand.
