Hi everyone. Dont know if I should have posted or looked for this type of post somewhere else, sorry if thats the case.

I recently had a minor crash (below 5 ft.) on my Inspire 2. I unfortunately broke the gimbal and a couple propellers, but besides that the drone was in good shape. Now, when I attempt to get it in the air I get an error message saying "BATTERY INITIALIZATION INCOMPLETE" which prevents me from flying. Ive looked up the error message but havent found anything dealing with the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: before the crash the batteries were updated and working correctly.

Hi, I am sorry that we're having issues with your DJI Inspire 2 error "Battery initialization incomplete". Since the Drone has crashed the best thing we can do is to send it in for analysis and a possible repair, for us to clearly identify what has caused the incident. I will be posting the online repair request link ( https://repair.dji.com/repair/index ). In addition, we highly recommend you to sync your flight records through the DJI Go 4 app.
