Hello forum!
I have a Question that may have a simple answer but not for me,on my spark i use a 16G. Memory card,i Deleted the things i don want and now have maybe 15 pics and 5-6 shor videos but is still tells me is mostly full.I dont want to format it and loose the few things i like on it.So can someone explaine abit of what is causing this or where is the things that keeps it full if i can only see a few vids? I thank yall in advance for the help....

Flight Logs are recorded on the Phone like the Video Cache.

What you can do is from the Settings in the DJI Go4 - Lower the Maximum Video Cache to suit your needs. I use a 128GB Card in my Phone, as price wise it was more worthed. I love to always have OVERKILL Hardware.

Hi, have you tried clearing the cache file on your mobile phone? Would it be possible if you can send a screen-shot of the error message?

I don't get an error massege,just the sd on the drone says is full with only 5 shot videos, I just down loaded the vids on to another ad on my phone and format the ad on th drone. Lets see if it happens again.

Ive watched that video many times and have a full understanding on cache but is the ad on the drone not the cell phone.thanks for reply

I suggest that you copy the files to a phone or a PC.
After you format the SD IN the Spark.
And if you want, play the files back.
Just to the "full"  thing: Not always, if you delete something, the space gets free for new using.
You delete just the link to the file/space.
Sometimes that is still seen as occupied by the controlling software.
Which is, in this case, the birds firmware.

There is a dozen of reasons why SD cards get corrupt. That said, these are some reasons:
        Virus intrusion
        Accumulation of Bad sectors on the SD card
        Corrupt file system
        Improper insertion/ejection procedure
        Manufacturing defect
        Interruption during transferring to/from the memory card

The easiest solution is to format the SD card. But in such cases you might end up losing your videos and photos. For that, you can either keep a backup or leverage a photo recovery software.
