Hi, Can anyone please advise me on the best otg cable for my remote? I have a samsung J56...have purchased 3 cables..two dont work and one connects but just keeps making the screen flash and foes not stay on long enough for me to vlick on it..

Hi. Thank you for the information. I understand that you are using Samsung J5 as your mobile device. There might be a compatibility issue that is why you are having problems in connecting your OTG cable. We recommend using the recommended mobile device for the DJI Spark. I will be posting the list of recommended mobile devices for the DJI Spark.

There is a Procedure to Follow when connecting the OTG. Sometimes it won't work if you do the Steps in a bad sequence.
