Depends on the moment you redeemed.
They are usually working on that the first few days of the month, but it varies.

Is there anywhere i can get a points to dollars comparison?  And how long do they stay available once exchanged?

Mate - I had 350 points in September last year. They soon build up. When you get your new drone focus on posting your work. Most points will come from that and digest submissions + keep on eye out for competitions.

Thanks.  The points are actually just a bonus for me.  I've learned so much, it's amazing.  The fact that they will actually reward me to come here and interact with you guys is just extra!

For sure mate - it's mainly a token payment but pennies make pounds as they say.

Keep in mind, maximum redeemable amount per month is 5400 points or $30 (5400/180).  
Good for things like Props, Gimbal protector, Landing pad, battery Safe bag; but of very little use when it comes to drones or fully paying for SmartBattery.

I just don't spend mine monthly but leave the credits to build them up. $30 per month will become $180 in 6 months if you don't spend the credits you have redeemed. I already got a free battery for the MA.

They usually do the redemption in the first week of the month - sometimes the first business day or within a few after that. If you put your points in on say the 10th of June you'll still be waiting now. I put my redemption in on the 1st of each month and they always redeem that week.

A while ago I have seen a post from an Administrator here stating that once points are exchanged, the credit will be valid for one year.
