Just got this drone , well it’s from DJI , it’s Dji 4 refurbished and flew it 2 times and both times getting this message:

Downward senor is abnormal causing The aircraft unstable   Low altitude.......

I did a screen schot of message . Is this normal???

How can I fix ?

It look like you have it just as you want, most of us prefer our drones are withOUT any issues.

If you search there are several threads with issues both this and variants with Ultrasonic and infrared messages.
It might be a false warning but being a new purchase i would request a replacement was i in your situation.

Edit: Please edit OP and select the right section for the aircraft with the issue and specify. I suppose it is the Phantom 4 but with thread placed in Videos & Photos all is guessing.
