DJI, please send me the update for the phantom 3 Pro FW Ver. 1.11.30 to fix the esc error upon start up. I am grounded and have been since last week. I have work I’m Loosing due to me being grounded. Please help!

I have a CAS number for the call in, they say HQ is only one can send this file. Still waiting for them to email me.
I’ve asked in the forums, pm to Susan and one other admin. Help me please.

Sorry for the late response. I've received your message in PM and responded as well. The file only fixes the ESC error after updating to the latest firmware. If it doesn't work, I'm afraid that you may consider sending the unit in for diagnosis.

Thank you, update fixed the issue. I only wish all the reps via phone support had access to these files. Thanks for your help.

Hi, is it still possible to get the 1.11.30 firmware as I have just updated a p3a that's not been used for a while, it powered on and fired up before the update and now I just get esc error..
