I ordered the OSMP Pro & Clearksy last week.. At time of checkout the webpage said it would ship between 3-5 days.  I got a hold of chat a few days ago and they said it would be shipped out today.

I check my order and it's still haven't been shipped!  I got a hold of chat and they couldn't provide me an ETA as to when it would be shipped.  You guys are dropping the ball and have lost my money (Over $2,400 order in total)

I'm taking my money and spending it on a company that holds true to their shipping time, let alone their service.  Do this forum a favor and keep your disparaging remarks to yourself.

Even if it said 3 to 5 days it probably hasn’t even been that long which makes you a whiny baby. What day of the week did you order, little guy?

I am giving DJI another chance..  I have ordered the OSMO Pro with a few accessories.  It's reporting shipping time of 1 business day after payment confirmation which is already authorized.  I'm anticipating it to be shipped by next Tuesday.
