Hi All,

I have my DJI Spark and had a few flights in a few days. I checked lots of features and made some research. One thing I recognized (while using AirData) is, when I sync my flight records to DJI Cloud, DJI Go4 app also sends the photos.

I don"t want this. I just want to send my flight details. Is it possible not to send media files during DJI Cloud Sync? If so, what should I do?

Hi eFinity, the DJI Go 4 App only syncs flight data on our cloud services, however photos taken by the Spark within 24 hours will be automatically synchronized with the app's media library after turning on the aircraft. I hope this helps clarify the concern.

As I understood from your answer the DJI Go 4 App is not sending the media files, either photos or videos. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
I made a quick test:

• A short flight with a photo
• Turned off Spark and remote
• Closed and launched the DJI Go4 App on my iPhone
• Navigated to Flight Record screen
• Hit the "Cloud" icon to sync and waited the syncronization to complete
• Opened the DJI Go 4 on a different device (tablet)
• Steps 4 & 5 again
• Now I can see the image from my previous flight on a different device (iPhone)
  

This is what I want to prevent. I don"t want to send any photos to cloud service while syncronizing my flight records.

I know this is quite an old post, but i discovered the same with my dji mini 2.
I delete the local data, and after syncing the images were again here...
