Talarn Dam, on Noguera Pallaresa river in Catalonia, SPAIN. The river basin surface has 2070 square kilometers (more than Berlin and Rome's areas altogether). Built by the end of 1916, the dam is 86 m high and has an outflow of 1,800 cubic meters per second (can fill an olympic pool in less than a minute and a half). When filmed, only one of the discharging gates was open...

Got impressed by that sturdy tree, stubbornly growing in the middle of the forcefully waterway...

Not quite.
Thanks God you didn't bet... You'd have lost it, relying only on the white, foamy colour. Color is real, nothing fake, nothing colorgraded, leading to a ... "temperature illusion"...

With air temperatures of +34ºC, the water was in its "early twenties", and many enjoying it in the lake (reservoir).

Thank you Odan, video was (and is) 4K, H.264 @50p and 100 Mbps. Auto ISO, used a Penivo 8 ND filter at golden hour.
Manual flight...time ago I was using intelligent modes: point of interest, etc. In time, with a bit of practice and setting gimbal & yaw at low motion values, one gets used to fly in manual mode and I feel more comfortable to control it for myself.
