I've tried to fix by restating the app, trying to change the settings to ignore the warning zones, nothing has changed and the map is still green, how can we get the white map back again? This thing is really uncomfortable to use.

I think this is because you are flying in a warning zone. There it is allowed but you have to be careful - green.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. May I know what mobile device and DJI Go 4 app version you are using?

Have you tried pinching to zoom out to see if it’s just the current area you are in?

It look like you're in the Enhanced Warning Zones. You can check your location on this link (https://www.dji.com/flysafe/geo-map).

It is indeed the current area that I am in, but when I used to fly in these zone before with my spark, the map was at its original color.

On the website you do have the option to check the green stuff off

This is what mine looks like after the update to 4.2.22.
Good to know it's not a bug.

Have you tried switching to satellite view instead of just the normal map view?  I personally always choose the satellite view because I think it is more useful to have the landmarks visible.

There should be an option to turn off these warnings after you have accepted responsibility.  By all means make that occur for each restart of the Go4 App, so that you have to accept for each flight.

Spinoff question if you don't mind....    I wanted to download an app for my cellphone (iPhone 7) that I could use to identify whether or not an area is ok to fly.  I used the dji website as shown in a previous post to find a good open field for my first few flights.  So, should I get into the habit of using the as-provided DJI app to assure where I want to go is ok or not?    I am planning to take my P4A to the beach in St. Augustine when we visit my son in a few weeks.   I wanted to make sure the area is ok.   Thanks in advance.

I think the DJI website is reliable enough, or you can see directly on the drone's map which zones you are allowed to fly. If somewhere is a restricted area, the drone won't even take off.

Your area seems good to fly .

You're in an enhanced warning zone - not a NFZ - just fly with caution and keep away from the yellow and red zones...

This is super annoying, Im flying in an area with No warnings, ive also checked the location and its good to fly but the map is fully green in the app, super dangerous tbh as its difficult to see the map clearly, is it a bug? as i stated this happens everywhere i try to fly?

I always do hybrid so I can see both the landmarks and still have the roads.
