I have read some issue about the version 4.2.20 with loss of connection, green screen and others. I already experience with it that is why i am sticking with 4.2.12. I am hoping if some of you guys actually use the new updates smoothly (bugs fixes).

Sorry for the inconvenience, may I know what phone are we using? Have you done un-install and reinstall the application? Please ensure that before deleting the app, important files are saved first.

im using sony z3. reinstall twice but sad to say its the same probs.
