Hi All.

I have heard over TV today that Drone Identification Ie: Serial Number Owner etc, can be done by Security Personal by scanning them while in flight and getting the drones IP Adresses.
Can this be done?

The key thing is you said you heard it on TV. The television networks are a goldmine of misinformation, believe nothing they say. The aircraft does not have ANY Ip addresses, so that is untrue. However DJI are supposedly cooperating to enable others to snoop on your control communications and reveal where you launched your aircraft from. I hope they do not do this, as it is a flagrant abuse of trust.

Only if you read it on the www, would it possibly be true. Hahaha

You can't. It does not have one, the radio link channels are a proprietary design and not WiFi.
