having just received and installed my Osmo mobile, bought mainly for the active track function, this is the one thing that I can’t get to work. I’ve tried reinstalling the DJI Go app, the soft & firmware versions are as per screen shot. HELP please!

what device are you using the Osmo Mobile with ? Android ? or iOS ?

Hi, I was able to confirm this concern with our engineers and unfortunately, the active track is not available in iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s due to a software limitation. Thank you for understanding.
