It is unacceptable that dji reps give misleading information to customers...

I’ve been trying to get updates on my order of ronin s twice (last month & last week) and was told that it will be shipped on the 3rd of July. After happily waited a shipping update from DJI, all I got was that it will be delayed again... with a voucher...despite the fact that I had been confirmed that it was definitely going to be shipped on the 3rd..... fyi, all my colleagues who decided to pre-order one week after me from else where have all received theirs last weeks.

Yeah, I am in the same boat. Got my order confirmation on May 30th and it is now past the estimated ship range.

I get that this is a popular product, but DJI has had my money for over a month now without any kind of update. The only reason I have any insight that there have been delays is from discovering posts like this on the forums.

This would be understandable if this was DJI's first product, but it is not and it makes for a pretty poor customer experience.

is this the first time youve ordered a DJI product... that is how things go with DJI.... just be patient.

In my case, I have ordered from them before, so this was not entirely unexpected. However, if one does not bring these issues up, they will never get addressed. I should also note that all fairness I think they have been improving as a company.

From a consumer purchase standpoint, proactive communication goes a long way. They do a great job developing products and a great job marketing them/driving demand. Market forces will eventually dictate how much they support B to C sales. If they decide that direct to consumer sales are important, they will need to address these issues.

Complaints around order process and transparency are a common pain point and one that can be greatly improved through fairly simple operations changes.

I am beyond frustrated.
Pre ordered my ronin s through a retailer at the beginning of June .
They have had there shipment delayed until SEPT 1st.
If iI can get my unit by this week, considering I have had it pre ordered going on 3 months, I will simply never use DJI again....

Hello, I placed an order on mine as well when it said 10-15 business days.  I checked the DJI site and now it says 20-25 days.  I am hoping that I receive mine in 10-15 business days still.

I'm from the UK. Purchased mine on the 11th July. I spoke to them today and they said they were out of stock and my order would be shipped around 15th August, they gave me £10 in DJI credit. Ridiculous!

I ordered on June 22 from B&H and it got shipped yesterday along with an order from Best Buy on July 4th. For those still looking it looks like Best Buy has them in stock and shipping out within a week.
