Hi,

I have a Care Refresh replacement unit on the way to me, and was given a UPS tracking number for the shipment...



but it's not recognised on UPS's system.




Please advise urgently - the delivery address is a business, so if the package arrives over the weekend the gates will be locked, so I need to contact UPS to arrange for it to be left with a neighbour.  I will need a valid tracking number to do so.

hmm just email the dji support and ask them to confirm the tracking number  

Paul, I have just replied your post in another thread. The tracking number is right and it was just generated three hours ago, it may take some time for UPS to update in their website, please wait patiently, thank you.

The status of the tracking number has been updated in the UPS website, hope you will receive it soon.
