Newbie.
DJI Spark Not Connecting to RC
I have been looking for information on this and have not found the answer.
I have a Spark Flymore combo refurb.
I think I am doing things correctly but I have little success.
I am not getting the green light on RC for connection to Spark.
I follow along with the procedure and everything is good untill the RC and the Spark do not connect.
Then I am supposed to hold down the button on the Spark battery for 3 seconds to ge the beep to connect with RC.
Well I do not get that beep signaling Spark ready to connect with remote.
I have been on the phone with tech support. 2 times. They had me refresh the Spark software.
It worked one time after that refresh.
I have been online for the text support but got cutoff before finishing.

I have fully charged batteries. 2
I am able to connect my phone to the RC no problem.

I think I am following the correct procedure but Not connecting and not getting the beep at the Spark battery.

Have you tried holding down the remote controller power button for 9 seconds once its turned on? This resets the RC's WiFi settings. After that try to follow this video tutorial below.

Yes I have tried that.
Still the problem persists.
No link, No Beep after holding the power button on the Spark Battery.
Everything I see says that Spark should beep after holding the battery on button.
Some say holding the button longer, like 6 or 9 seconds.
I have tried that also.
Yes the Spark is turned on.

Can you see the Sparks wifi on your phone?
Just to find out if there is a RC paired to it, just not yours.
Also:
reinstall the firmware of the Spark, set it back to default, with assistant 2 and PC/Apple
Maybe even install an older firmware, assistant 2 allows .701, .800 and the latest, .900
Look if the Spark battery is/are having the latest firmware!
And try again.

No I do not see the Spark WiFi on my Phone, just the RC.
I did reinstall the firmware on the Spark 2 times. .900 latest version
I didn't know anything about the firmware of the batteries.
How do I check or update them?

If Assistant isn't complaining that there is a firmware to update, the battery should be fine.
It (assistant2) would ask for a reinstall, if not.
Try the .800 or the .701 for a test.
Let the bird "run" a bit, battery on for some minutes, and then hold the powerbutton for 9 secs
Are the LEDs blinking, when you push the button, every second?

Yes I let the drone run a while ( a minute or three) and no difference.
Yes the light on the battery blinks every second when I hold the button.

I'll try an older version and see what happens.
