My Phantom 3 STD was repaired a couple months ago, It has never worked right since.

I keep losing camera signal, no matter what i try I can't seem to fix it.

I turned off cashing and still having trouble. Sometimes i will lose camera feed 5 feet from the drone.

Also, the drone I received was not even fully put together. It was missing 3 Clear gimbal housing screws and i never Got my White remote charging cable back.

I am glad they fixed it for free (was under warranty)

I've also noticed a lot more noise coming from the camera than before.

DJI can you help me with this?

I just tested again and lost camera signal after 5m i was hovering at 10 feet. Also the camera feed is very slow to react and Lags behind real time.

What phone or tablet are you using?

Pixel 2 Xl

I have also used         Dragon Touch V10 with same issue. Laggy video feed and disconnects.

We are so sorry for the troubles with Phantom 3 Standard. Any chance to try a mobile device with strong decoding ability, like iOS mobile device just to make a troubleshooting? Besides, what is your current APP version? Has everything been up to date? May we have your previous case number?

So I switched back to my old phone droid max and no video issues at all. My case# CAS-1763521-R1S2B6. My firmware is 1.9.2.0. App version is 3.1.42
