Have you tried sliding the error page to the left.

You might try reinstalling the Go app.

If you do, first delete the app, and next your internet cache and cookies, then reboot the device and reinstall.


Hope that helps clear this up.

When you removed your Go app, did you delete the internet cache and cookies then reboot your device, before reinstalling the app?

Sometimes that’s a better way to proceed. No promises, but for the time it takes, give it a try.

Ok, that’s frustrating for sure. Even for me.

Not to be a pessimist but the exact same thing happened to me and no amount of fiddling with software, uninstalling and reinstalling worked.  In the end I had to send it back to DJI for a repair - they replaced the whole camera unit (thankfully under warranty!!)
