I've waited with this thread for quite a while... as this is not a big issue or something worrying.
I have several birds starting from P4, P4P, MP, MA and Inspire 2... flown those for over 2 years now but in app my level is 1
Im using 2 devices only with my 4Go app ( Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Tab ). and it was always like this.

Can someone point me a reason or way of see the true level ?
Again, not a serious issue at all, but make me wondering after those years whats going on

Are you syncing your flights?

Yes, from beginning. LVL never changes...

So you had synced the flight records to the cloud, right? Did it succeed? From your profile, I don't see the distance records, which means the syncing might not finish successfully, of course on the basis that the DJI forum account is the same as the account that you used for flying.
In this case, I suggest that you try to sync the records again. See if it helps.
