Flew for several years with Litchi and my P3A. Now I bought a brandnew P4A. Can I fly with the same Litchi settings with the P4A or do I have to change things ?

As you have more features in P4A you will need to go into Litchi and change/setup accordingly. Or did you think about already created missions?
