I was trying to do some research on one of these rooms and I thought I found the solution to my problem by deleting the video cache I believe it’s called so it doesn’t pickup the chirping of my controller when I’m taking videos and all that did was take out the audio completely. How can I record in flight audio from the drone and if I can’t then how can I setup a mic?

Unless you can put some sort of recorder on your drone, there is no way, and even if you can all you will hear is sound of motors and props.

Mavic Air does not record sound. It only records video.

There is no microphone or jack on the drone

Hi, thank you for inquiring, unfortunately, our aircraft does not have a capability of producing a sound and like Hallmark mentioned if ever that is possible you will only hear the motors and props when it's running and performing. Thank you for your understanding.
