I have issue with DJI GO 4 and P4P+ v2.0 with 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz videolink.

- Why DJI GO 4 does not save my last choosing on GO 4 / Phantom 4 Pro on Videolink Mhz to AUTO ?

-> I want to use always 2.4 and 5.8 both, but what I have seen, it has not saved to configuration.

.. I got notice for 2.4GHz, if I don´t remember to change it to correct: AUTO.


any ideas?

I have Phantom 4 pro plus v.2.0 with integrated display what haves issue.

.. that lenovo tab is for my mavic and that has no issue.

As long you have the aircraft up running and linked to controller when doing the change it is supposed to work.
Do you experience other settings not being remembered?

Yes, I have tried save configuration while P4P+ is online and ready to fly.

..that is only setting what I have issue with.

Same issue with my Phantom 4 Pro 2.0

Doesn't save "Auto" frequency settings using Epson BT-300, or my iPhone

The AUTO function does not auto-select betqeen 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz, it only allows you to choose one or the other. The AUTO function will automatically choose a channel in the 2.4 or 5.8GHz spectrum, but it does not swap between the two bands.

Any ideas?
Yes ... tap on the frequency up in the top right of teh screen and select the one you want.
It takes all of 3 seconds.

Yes, I know that takes about 3 seconds to do. But if you have about 3 - 6 flying per day. It is one thing to do more. Now I have to remember to change after every flight.

.. I want it to be saved to memory, because I do not want to remember to change it always.
-> It is one thing less to remember after every flight.. There are several things what must to check before flights.. if you know.. We have handbook for work flight, so I have to check many thing before flight.

.. less things to remember is less way to get crash / accidents.. I think.

So, I do not need any wiseguy here.
and I want to develop this industry better.

It also seems that you don't want someone to tell you how things are.
In the app and the way Phantoms are programmed, there are lots of minor things that could be better.
But despite people like you complaining, nothing is ever done about them.

And on the scale of things, your issue comes way down the list.
If your Phantom works like mine, it seems to hold the same frequency much of the time but sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes that doesn't matter much, but if it does, it takes 1 or 2 seconds to tap the icon and change it while in flight.

Worse things happen at sea  

I have a phantom 4pro V2.0’s.0 that I recently purchased I also have the p4pro I noticed that on the Transmision it has duel but it doesn’t show on the dji go 4 app what frequency if I’m on 2.4or 5.8 is that normal
