While taking video on a mission the other day, I flew with the focus set on Auto Focus (AF). I set the focus point off in the distance and started recording. While the aircraft was turning (yaw slowly to the left) it seemed as though the focus was not as sharp as when not turning. The pannig motion was fairly slow. I'm wondering if anyone thinks that setting the focus to manual (at infinity) would result in a crisper focus or if you think it is merely a function of the recording frame rate. I had it set to 4K at 30 fps. Shutter speed was 60 (aperature was 5.6 and it was sunny). I plan to test the difference at a future date but was hoping that someone had expereince on this to share.
