Does anyone know the part number for the Vibration absorbing board for the Phantom 4k ?

It is the piece that mount to the bottom of the drone and holds the gimbal.

So far, It looks identical to the one that is for Phantom 3 Pro and Advanced.

2 sellers on eBay told me they are different.  When I compared them based on the shape on pictures, I can't see any differences.

DJI online store customer service rep kept on telling me about the Phantom part #83 for Phantom 3 Standard.   One for the standard doesn't even look any close to the broken part off the Phantom 4K (Phantom 3 4K).

Any idea?

Hi. Thank you for the inquiry. Is the Vibration Absorbing Board on eBay is DJI brand? I highly recommend using the original accessories of DJI. In this case, if the Vibration Absorbing Board is damage the best thing you can do is to send the Drone in for repair. All you need to do is to go to the online repair request link ( www.dji.com/support ) and fill up the form for your Drone.

Yes.  the 3rd picture is DJI geniune part.
Why can't anyone at DJI tell me if the P3 Pro/Adv part will work or not?
Isn't there a complete part listing?

I just got the part from eBay.  One being sold for P3 Pro/Adv fits exactly.  

Thank you DJI for not being any helpful. Even those eBay sellers told me they are not same.
