Recently retired so treated myself to a mavic air flymore kit, marvellous machine, took it to Scotland last week in the sunshine. Very happy with everything and starting to get better as I use it. Just need to work out how to shrink pics and vids to post on here, I am only a newb after all. Lol.

Welcome to the group, i am a newbie too. These things are pretty awesome. I am also loving mine. Thinking about getting a second one now to combine videos to create some good footage. Plus also to have a spare drone just in case. jajajaja. You never know.

Have you noticed most drone owners are middle age and a few youngsters? It's a great hobby to get us out and about.

Good job, flying is not so difficult, keep it close at first get used to your controls while flying,

Tip. Good practice to get coordinated, try flying aircraft with its tail facing you, your Aircraft flys at the same speed forwards back and left and right. So simple start by flying forward, then stop and fly backwards to your landing spot, this is great practice to get fingers and brain working together. Give it a try and you will understand more what I’m saying.

Join the club am also a newbie here. I used to fly rc aircraft some 30years ago and did try flying the Heli but gave up. Wonders of technology makes flying so much easier. I can’t imagine how it would be like to a quad to hover back in the 70s or even 80s. Hope to see more footage from you. I just wish I had the time to go out and about.
