I hate to disagree with you...since you took the picture...but when you zoom in on the pic those are definitely some type of surf boards/bogie board...you can see some kids sitting, some laying down with legs off the end of the board...the board outline is too symmetric to be anything but a board...it also looks like someone just trying to catch a wave.

There were surfers. But the waves weren’t that good for “high level” surf, that’s what I meant. With patience you would be able to catch a few small waves as we see in the pic.

Shark attack is common on Northwest Brazil but this shot was taken in Southwest so these guys are theoretically safe.
Last year there were a couple of killer whales pretty close to these waters I shot. I think it was the first time killer whales were seen in Brazilian waters.

This is not photoshop?

The sea floor is not photoshop. It was really captured in the shot.
What I did in photoshop was increase the contrast and clarity. Added a pinch of blue then decreased the saturation a lot.

Yup, exactly 120 meters high.
