Hi there, I just recieved my OSMO Mobile 2 got it balance and calibrated as per the tutorial. Once I begin to use it, the movement on the gimbal doesn't seem to be very fluid. Matter a fact when I pitch the gimble too much to the left the phone and gimbal arm automatically jerks down to the hand grip and then back up? What exacty am I doing wrong? Doesn't seem as smooth as all of the other video demonstrations I've seen or maybe it's got a defective motor.
