Did I not hear over and over that Phantom 3 will NOT go higher than 1500 ft up?
Was this changed in one of the firmwares?
I was flying in a canyon, and in order not to hit the ascending ground I actually climbed to 1602FT! I was quite blown away! what an experience!
Anyhow, was not sure how it actually worked, since I am pretty sure I recall lot's of conversations about 1500ft limit...

The limit is 500 Metres, that's 1640 feet.

Ah! That would explain it.. so once i got to 1640 it would have stopped? Well! I was so close!!!!
It's amazing how 500 meters does not quite feel that high once u flew it, but then again, the pictures put it in perspective!
Mind blowing experience on multiple levels!
