Hi

I am having issues getting the Video Caption button to stay on with the Phantom 4 pro.

As soon as you push the record button the Video caption button tunrs itself off.
Any advise please?? Cheers Craig

What is the versions of aircraft and controller?
What resolution/frame rate are you using?
What brand and model SD card is used?
As long you have the aircraft up running and connected when setting the captions on, there should be no problems.
