Hey bud,
I own an Incase Camera Pro Pack, traveled around in the backwaters of China for a month with it. Packed not only my Osmo Mobile 2, Mavic Air, but a DSLR, a couple of phones, and a couple of action cameras and all the gear associated with it, batteries, stands, adapters, chargers, two tripods, etc, as well as my laptop and iPad and first aid supplies. It's HUGE and weighed in at about 30 some-odd pounds.
If you don't want so much of an overkill, then there's the DSLR Pro Pack, not as big and loses one compartment, but enough for the two items you were talking about, along with chargers and batteries.
I walked in light rain and placed my backpack on the ground in many a puddle/rain-soaked ground and the water didn't go through. I sweat like a whore in a confessional and the sweat didn't go through the back. If you want better water resistance, they also sell the Rainfly that wraps over the backpack. Of course, it's not 100% because it's a wrap, but should be enough if you are wearing the backpack.
The quality of these backpacks is amazing. I own several Incase's products and never had a problem. Highly recommend.
