I just bought the Osmo Mobile 2 and was very excited but the battery was dead when it arrived and is taking a very long time to charge; likewise, when it got a little bit of battery I played with the features and the zoom slider isn't working. Anyway I can fix these problems? or should i just return it to the store and see if i can get another model.

Hi, sorry for the trouble that it caused, I would suggest using a cable that has a capability of 5V and 2A then use any type of adapter to plug it into a power outlet and I would like to ask if you were able to activate the Osmo mobile 2?
