When I try to unlock my Phanton 4 by using a mobile device (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) I get the following message: Sorry, do not support submitting applications on mobile devices. You can submit it through the PC Page. This has just started. So far tech support via 'chat' has not been able to provide much infomration. Is this a permanent or temporary issue?

I have been using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 running Android version 7 and now version 8.1 for nearly a year with no issues.

Besides, I am accessing the DJI website (https://www.dji.com/flysafe/self-unlock) not an app to unlock.

That worked in June when I successfully unlocked for a flight.  I was in the same vicinity today and I got the same message.  I used my phone as a hotspot and used my iPad to unlock the site.  I was successful in unlocking but, it would not unlock the app so I could fly.  Anyone else having this issue?

I have run into this problem with the iPhone, but if you click in the top left on the search bar and then you should drop down and it should say request desktop website. I have been successful in unlocking it this way
