Hello Forum members,

Everytime when I make a video recording the max data size is approx 4GB. So if im making a video of 10 min I get 3 different videos on my sd card 2 with a size of about 4 GB and a 2nd one with a size of 2 GB. WHy is this? Do I have some settings wrong or is this how my P4P+ is working?

Could anybody help me please?

Just the way it is.  4gb max on anything using a card.     FAT32 has a 4 GB single file size limit.

Hello there! Thank you for reaching DJI Forum.  Video resolution may differ to video format that you are trying to use. May I also know if you try to format your Micro SD card when you activated your drone?

As Alabama put it: That's the way it works.
But you can merge the videos while editing and there will be no interruption in between.

It wasn't like that in earlier days:
People complained that there was no smooth transition since a frame got dropped between recorded files...
But that has been fixed.
