Recently I got myself an Osmo Mobile 2 and today I got to test it, however the first thing that I noticed is that the motor is clearly visible in the frame! As you can see in the picture, it's the motor on the right.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi, sorry read on this, Unfortunately, this concern is due to hardware limitation and I would suggest moving your phone a little bit for you to get rid this motor. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Yes you're right, however if I move the phone left, then I have to move the arm right to get the whole thing balanced, which kinda works against me. So I have to move the phone out quite a lot to get the motor out of the shot.

Anyway, I hope this gets addressed in the next version somehow!

Hello there. Well, you can adjust the gimbal to balance your phone at the back of it.

I am using a S6 Edge and also have this problem before. All I did is to move the phone a bit to the left side, balance the gimbal again for this setting and mark the phone on where it's resting on the gimbal so it wont need to rebalance when you place the phone again. Hope this helps.
