I have managed to track down enough information to download flight records for my iPhone DJI GO 4 app to my Windows 10 PC.The file, DJIFlightRecord_2018-07-12_[19-01-27].txt, is in an encrypted format.
I have attempted to follow a severly convoluted complex trail of links, references and obscure methods to decrypt these files. Some indicate upload and view online. Some allude to downloading a TXT to CSV conversion program. None lead to a usable result.

Does there exist a SIMPLE, DIRECT link for a downloadable flight record viewer?

You can use my online log viewer.


TXT-to-CSV is another option if you want something downloadable. However, it only converts the data into a CSV file.

Either you upload the TXT file to xyz web site or you use the TXT to CSV tool.  If you want another answer apart from what you already researched yourself, there is no other choice at the moment. Upload or use the TXT to CSV tool offline & read with other apps shown in previous posts.   I don't know why you say they are not usable results. They work, if you make the effort to learn how to use the, Do you need further help using the online & or offline software available in general?

Thanks. I downloaded it. Gave it a try. It doesn't like the .txt file name. Renamed to tester.txt. Still does not like it. Seems to be complaining it not being a .CSV file. The File selection menu does not include .csv files. Only .txt files.

I probably do not understand some pre-requisite to using this program. However it DOES look very nice....if it ever loads a flight record file.

if you read the 'help' button in the program it explains it all. (or the readme.txt file)
FRAP reads flightrecord.txt files and converts into CSV files, only txt files to be seen in the program

install like this
c:\frap  [ program etc, see readme txt ) ps  any drive letter is ok to use, same for naming maps
c:\frap\txt1 [ flightrecord files ]
c:\frap\txt2 [ flightrecord files ]
c:\frap\txt3 [ flightrecord files ]

Just tried that. Still no luck.

Tried renaming file to C:\FRAP\TXT1\tester.txt
It simply does not like the filename.

oops, filename is OK.
Directory ''txt files" must be close to the root of your drive.
if too many sub directory`s this error is shown.

Must be something really simple because other users don`t have this error.

I have gotten a file to load. Don't know what the issue is yet but I'll keep playing with it until I discover which hair was crossed in the wrong place.

I have absolutely no idea what the issue was but it is now working. Thanks again.

The Captcha on your site takes FOREVER.  The more log files I view the longer it takes to get through the Captcha.  Five minutes to do each Captcha is too much.

Maybe reCAPTCHA was experiencing some kind of technical issue? It seems to be working as designed at the moment.
